As quatro operações fundamentais são:

1. Addition: 1 + 2 = 3. One plus two is three, ou One and two is three, ou One plus two equals three.

1. Subtraction: 9 – 5 = 4. Nine minus five is four, ou Nine less five equals four.

1. Multiplication: 5 x 5 = 25. Five times five is twenty-five, ou Five times five equals twenty-five, ou Five multiplied by five is/equals twenty-five.

1. Division: 33… Caramba! Não acho a tecla para divisão! Então, irei diretamente a como se escreve e se diz. É assim: Thirty-three divided by eleven is three, ouThirty-three by eleven is three.
